You don't have to choose between honouring your roots, your relationships, and yourself. There is space for all three.

I know how exhausting it can feel to carry the weight of expectations while trying to stay true to yourself. Whether you're navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, cultural pressures, burnout, life transitions, or simply feeling stuck, you don't have to figure it out alone.

My mission is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen, heard, and understood. Together, we'll explore the experiences that have shaped you, build on your strengths, and help you move toward a life that feels more aligned with your values, relationships, and wellbeing.

As an Occupational Therapist and Clinical Counsellor, I take a holistic and culturally responsive approach that honours the many parts of who you are—your relationships, family, culture, identity, and lived experiences.

You don't have to choose between honouring your roots, your relationships, and yourself. There is space for all three, and I'd be honoured to help you find it.

You matter! Yes, you do. Even on the days you don't feel it, even when life feels heavy or overwhelming. You still matter, and your story still matters.

If you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, carrying the weight of past experiences, or simply trying to navigate life's challenges, you're not alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up exactly as you are, without judgment, pressure, or the need to have it all figured out.

Together, we'll explore what matters most to you, build on your strengths, and find a path forward that feels authentic and meaningful. Healing isn't something you have to do alone. Wherever you are in your journey, I'll walk alongside you with compassion, curiosity, and support.
